Additional Information

As with all types of guest accommodation, due to the Government’s requirements to prevent the spread of Covid-19, we’ve had to make some changes. We’ve reduced the contents of the cottage, to enable everything to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between stays. We also have revised check in and out times. 

Below we’ve listed what is available in the cottage, so that you can bring anything additional that you require.

We’ll restore normal contents, supplies and times just as soon as the Government advice changes.

No hairdryer is provided.

The cushions and throw to decorate the bed, and the drape above the bed, have been removed.

The protectors for the duvet, mattress and pillows are washed between guests. 

The duvet and pillows themselves are left at least 72 hours between stays, using a spare set if necessary.

The games, books, maps and leaflets have been removed.

The book of instructions and the guest book have also been removed.

The cushions and rugs have also been removed.

The wifi, chairs, sofa, coffee table, tv, DVD player, remotes, lights are sanitised between guests.

Sorry, but for now we’re not able to leave a supply of tea, coffee, sugar, salt, or pepper.  We’ve removed some of the crockery, pans, and utensils. We’ve left the core items including crockery, glasses, saucepans, etc. This is because everything is washed at a high temperature between guests. So if you will need any additional items, please bring them with you.

We'll provide you with a detailed list of items in the cottage, before your stay.  So you can check if you need to bring anything particular for your stay (for example, you want to bake a birthday cake).
